RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from A1 Uggboots are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. In the event of items not being called for, incorrectly addressed or being refused, the refunds for such purchases will be made as per our return policy, which includes administration fees and non-refundable shipping costs, providing the order is returned to us in the original condition.

IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES

International customers (for orders outside of Australia) might have to pay import duties and/or taxes. For more details, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer.

GOODS DELAYED OR OUT OF STOCK

In the event that the goods you have ordered are out of stock or are delayed in being despatched, we will advise you within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

A faulty product will be replaced with A1 Uggboots paying for all postage costs. If the item is returned for a refund (not replacement), a refund will be made as per our return policy, which will not have postage costs refunded and will incur a 15% administration fee.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

A1 Uggboots and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, A1 Uggboots does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete,reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by A1 Uggboots itself is not as described, which excludes customers own assumptions and conclusions, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. The refunds for such purchases will be made as per our return policy, which includes administration fees and the shipping costs are not refundable.
